Our hotel is set on a hillside at an elevation of 900 meters above sea level, with breathtaking views of the Hochkönig. The center of town is within easy reach, just a 5-minute walk along a forest path.

Holidays are the best time of the year. The unique range of offers in our region of the Ski Group Amadé offers guests pure holiday fun and the fantastic panoramic location in Hochkönig in Mühlbach has proven to be the perfect starting point for a skiing and winter holiday.

Mühlbach is one of five resorts at the base of the Hochkönig ski area, itself part of the larger Ski Amade pass and that again swallowed up by the giant Salzburgerland pass.

But there's plenty to entertain without straying far from the local slopes, which extend to 34km (21 miles) and include a terrain park with half pipe. If you want a challenge try the Ostabfahrt black run, otherwise there's a good choice of blues (easy runs) and reds (Intermediate standard) to whizz down.
